Our Process:

  • We align with your organization’s needs.
    Each coaching assignment is carefully tailored to your organization’s needs, your organization’s culture, and the coaching goals for each client. There is nothing cut and paste about the coaching Pegasus delivers.
  • We start with a 360 Assessment.
    This involves talking with eight to ten of the new client’s peers, direct reports, manager(s) as well as HR to get a full picture of the client’s strengths, weaknesses and to ensure the coaching is focused appropriately.
  • We provide coaching that delivers results.
    This means working weekly with your managers and executives, so you can expect to see meaningful change and growth within four – six months. Our coaching unites a client and coach for consistent, in-depth work. It is tailored to each individual’s development goals and tracks progress against an approved development plan. The coaching we provide to your executives has measurable impact.
  • We offer assessment tools enhance a client’s understanding of himself
    The results from these assessments augment the client’s understanding of  him or herself, her strengths and weaknesses and how others experience her. These assessments include: DISC Behavioral Style Assessment, PIAV Values Assessment, Hay McBer Leadership Style Assessment, Bar-On EQi Emotional Intelligence Assessment and 5 Dynamics.
